Description
This old log structure rests along a trail off Tenderfoot Hill in Interior Alaska, located between Fairbanks and Delta Junction on the Richardson Highway. I was shooting over one of the walls when I took this. I like the details, especially the rusty metal by the door. Why is this piece so ornate? Did it serve a purpose, or was it merely ornamental?
