Description
My husband and I went for a walk on Mendenhall Lake with our daughter and her dog. Here, the sun is low in the sky, lending the backlit iceberg a golden glow. It was a little too early in the season to walk all the way to the Mendenhall Glacier, though we did venture out to this berg. Icebergs frozen in the glacier ice do shift and even roll, so caution is advised!
