Description
Every summer, I make a point of visiting the Georgeson Botanical Garden on the University of Alaska Fairbanks campus. It never disappoints. The flowers are beautiful, with different varieties blooming depending on the time of ayear. On this sunny day, the lilacs were in full bloom. These lilacs towered over me, and their sweet perfume filled the air. A miniature cache adds interest to the scene.
Caches were small cabins built on sturdy stilts for storing meat and other items out of reach of animals.
