Description
This strange plumbing device is found on a small shed in Juneau, Alaska. It has fascinated me for months, as it sits along my daily walking path. I learned this is a hose connector for the fire department. The shed houses a pump to pull water from an adjacent pond. Each spigot will allow connection of a fire hose. I would have guessed it was an alien or transformer.....
